At zelvicnbo, orders placed through zelvicnbo.shop include a 30-day free return service. This voluntary benefit supplements the protections available under applicable consumer law.

The return window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your purchase, including if you change your mind. Providing a reason is optional.

Return products in the condition received, with supplied accessories and original packaging where reasonably available. Reasonable unpacking and inspection are allowed. Missing packaging alone does not remove statutory rights.

Damage caused by misuse may affect eligibility under our voluntary service, without limiting legally required remedies.

Arranging a free return

Contact servethbouhd@outlook.com with your order number, checkout email address, and the products you wish to return.

We will supply the correct destination and a prepaid shipping label or another return arrangement at our expense. There are no return shipping charges, restocking fees, or return handling fees.

For voluntary returns, please dispatch the goods within 14 calendar days after receiving the instructions. Retain proof of posting until the return is resolved.

Please obtain instructions before sending a parcel so we can arrange free shipping. Our business correspondence address is not automatically the return destination. Statutory cancellation does not require our approval.

Goods that arrive with a problem

Tell us promptly if a product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from its description. Describe the issue and provide photographs if reasonably available.

We will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as repair, replacement, or refund, and cover associated shipping costs. The voluntary 30-day period does not shorten longer statutory protections.

Refund amounts and timing

For a complete order returned under this policy, we refund the amount paid for the products and standard outbound delivery.

For partial returns, we refund the returned products and delivery charges refundable under applicable law. We do not retrospectively deduct shipping because the retained merchandise falls below our free shipping threshold.

We assess returns and issue refunds promptly after receiving the goods or sufficient return evidence, as applicable. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Funds generally appear within 3–7 business days after issuance, depending on your bank or payment provider. Mandatory refund deadlines take priority. Contact us if the credit has not appeared after seven business days.

Cancellation and exchanges

Email us immediately to request cancellation before dispatch. If shipment has already occurred, we will explain the available return options.

For an exchange, contact us to confirm availability and arrangements.

UK statutory cancellation rights

For most online goods purchases, UK consumers may cancel within 14 days after delivery and return goods within the following 14 days without giving a reason.

Reimbursement is made without undue delay. Unless collection is offered, we may wait for the goods or return evidence, whichever comes first, and reimburse within 14 days of that event. If collection is offered, reimbursement is due within 14 days of cancellation.

Standard outbound delivery is refundable; optional premium supplements need not be refunded unless legally required. Lawful deductions may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. Our free returns and additional 30-day service remain available.
